Understanding Wholesale vs. Retail Policies

Orders placed through FurnClub are made under wholesale (B2B) pricing, which means some brand policies differ from standard retail purchases.

Here’s what to know before ordering:

✓ Returns & Exchanges May Be Limited

Some brands classify wholesale orders as final sale, meaning returns or exchanges are not accepted once an item ships. This varies by brand and product category.

✓ Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

Wholesale orders may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Customer-paid return shipping

Unlike many retail purchases, free returns are not guaranteed under wholesale pricing.

✓ Brand Policies Always Apply

Each brand sets its own fulfillment and return terms. FurnClub displays available policies, but we always recommend reviewing return details before completing a purchase.

Wholesale pricing offers meaningful savings, but comes with different logistics than standard retail ordering.

Pricing & Discounts

How do I get wholesale pricing?

Once your host account is approved, wholesale pricing is applied automatically in the cart as you add products.

Why don’t I see a discount on the product page?

Wholesale discounts appear in the cart and at checkout, not on the product page.

I’m not seeing a discount — what’s going on?

If you’re an approved FurnClub host, your wholesale discount is applied automatically in your cart.

A few things to double-check:

  • You’re logged into your approved host account
  • The product is added to your cart (discounts do not show on product pages)
  • You’re viewing host pricing, not the guest retail view

Once a product is added to your cart, you’ll see the discounted price reflected before payment.

If you believe you’re approved and still don’t see a discount, contact FurnClub support and we’ll help resolve it.

Is the price higher because of commissions?

No. Commissions do not increase the price guests pay. All products are priced at traditional MSRP or lower.

Who is FurnClub for?

Who can use FurnClub?

Wholesale access is available only to verified short-term rental hosts, but guests can purchase products through property links.

How do hosts make money?

Hosts earn a commission when guests purchase products through their property’s FurnClub link or QR code.
